ZBL top team -USK Praha (21-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Brandys (9-12) in Brandys nad Labem 113-63 . USK Praha dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Brandys ' 32 and made 25-of-32 charity shots (78.1 percent) during the game. USK Praha forced 19 Brandys turnovers and had a 26-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. Brandys were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The winners were led by American forward Sania Feagin (190-2003, college: S.Carolina) who scored that evening 21 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and French Pauline Astier (179-2002) supported her with 13 points and 8 rebounds (made all of her seven free throws). Five USK Praha players scored in double figures. Even 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) by guard Marie Zilova (175-2003) did not help to save the game for Brandys . The former international power forward Alena Hanusova (191-1991) added 7 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. USK Praha have an impressive 21-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 21-0 record. Brandys lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Trutnov.
